Evening German Course at speakeasy Zurich
If you have limited time during the day but still want to learn German, the Evening Course is an ideal solution. Lessons are held twice a week in the evening, fitting flexibly around your schedule. This leaves enough time between sessions to practice what you’ve learned and complete homework.
The course content follows the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Each level is divided into two consecutive modules – for example, A1.1 and A1.1+. One module lasts about one month, so you can complete a full language level in two months. For higher levels such as B2.2, expect around four months, and for C1, approximately eight months.
Our experienced teachers make lessons practical and varied, helping you train speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills simultaneously. This ensures steady progress and allows targeted preparation for telc exams if needed.
The speakeasy Method: Effective and Practical
At speakeasy Zurich, our participants learn German in a variety of ways: we combine reading, listening, writing, grammar, and most importantly, active communication in every lesson. Our teachers use engaging methods and interactive exercises to help you develop a natural sense of the language quickly.
Small groups of 4–14 participants give you plenty of opportunity to participate actively. If you need help outside of class with exercises or assignments, our free online learning support is available.
